The site became a working tool
In a few days I shipped several big updates. Before, this site had my CV, a diary, QR codes and palettes. Now I open it every day to manage my projects.
Media Editor · alpha-0.3.0
My own image editor, right in the browser: /tools/media.
Layers, a brush that feels pen pressure, selections, transform and crop.
Seamless textures: you paint over the edge, and the tile still matches.
An Effects window and a clipboard.
The editor has already replaced my Adobe subscription. It is open to everyone, and it will stay open. Next I want to grow it into a tool for different media. Animation comes first. Video and sound may follow.
Office · alpha-0.4.0
A project office at /office. Here I run all my projects together with my agents. It is a personal tool, so it is closed to visitors.
A project is a deck of cards. A card has a type: task, debt, idea or blocker.
A deck has a roadmap: releases with a goal and acceptance criteria.
A card can have comments.
Decks are personal or for work. The board can be filtered by release and by type.
